Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated attacks. It isn't used to identify you.
What we collect
The site has no forms and collects nothing. If you email us, we have what you choose to send: usually your name, your business, your email address and what you need.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a contract.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare routes email sent to our address, and Google hosts the inbox it arrives in. We never sell your details or add them to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to answer you. If we go on to work together, we keep project emails and records for as long as the law requires for accounts, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
